We are excited to announce that Halo Coffee, compostable coffee pod makers, have partnered with Play it Green to plant two trees for every new customer, doubling down on their eco-efforts.
Halo Coffee capsules are designed to provide their customers with a truly sustainable alternative filled with speciality grade coffees of the highest quality; hence their promise to deliver the “World’s Best Coffees, In a Way That’s Best for the World.”
Already championing sustainability within their work, Halo will now make an immediate environmental and social impact by repairing the planet through reforestation. This helps to lift vulnerable people out of poverty, as they are employed not only to grow and plant but to care for the trees as they grow in developing areas of the world.

Play it Green helps individuals, businesses, and the sports sector become climate positive through their unique 3-step solution: repair the environment through reforestation, reduce carbon footprints, and regive 10% of each subscription to a charity of the customer’s choice.
Halo Coffee has chosen to support Sea Shepherd UK, which protects marine ecosystems and wildlife in British waters and across the globe.
As a partner of Play It Green, Halo also has access to Play It Green’s free Net Zero Framework. This means the company can review the nine key programme areas in the Framework to plan and action improvements within their business and delivery.
